In 2019 she was nominated for ‘Best Supporting Actress’ by Imagen Awards for her role in the romantic drama movie Back to the Jacuzzi which was released earlier that year to great critical acclaim. In 2020 Anjelah took a break from professional acting but still kept busy with online content, live-streaming videos, and hosting game nights throughout the pandemic. 2021 saw Johnson release two new singles "Go To Church" and "Snatch That".
